Our clients purchased this home during the pandemic sight unseen! They were living in New York and relocating to Maitland, Florida to be closer to family. On a spacious corner lot, we did some interior updates throughout and totally renovated the kitchen and primary suite. We gave it character with a neutral palette which is exactly what our clients were going for and I’d say we brought it back to life.

We took a wonky corner off the kitchen and turned it into a very simple but functional banquette corner for their little family to sit and eat, do homework and the occasional craft activity.
With primary suite, it was a big gut job and the main goal was to get a usable freestanding tub in this space. We did a “wet room” with a zero entry shower and small tub. The single vanity is a beautiful warm statement and the overall aesthetic my client was going for. The couldn’t be more happy with how this bath turned out.
